The ZZR1400 / ZX-14 street turbo system from Big CC Racing offers superb user friendly power delivery for minimum boost input. The kit utilises a GT30 roller bearing turbocharger with fast flowing header pipes to ensure quick spool time. All the sealing plates for the frame are included along with the required adhesive so once screwed down they will not leak. Kit includes an FMU regulator & Bosch fuel pump as well as the superb quality jeff Hill headers.

This kit is designed to utilise the standard injectos in its stage 1 trim to supply the fuel delivery, the stage 2 system will allow the customer to upgrade with bigger injectors, a boost controlling power commander & differant fuel pressure regulator. That would then unleash 480bhp+. Price on request

the stage 1 kit includes a thicker head gasket for lowering the compression that can be installed without removing the engine from the frame.

Beyond 1 bar of boost for the stage 2 we recommend the use of welding the frame plates in for maximum effectiveness equally the engine would need to be prepared further above 8 psi of boost anyway so it makes more sense for the customer to choose this frame modification path when he prepares his engine & when he upgrades his turbo kit..
